What is Basic Pistol II?

This class is designed to help students become more confident, effective, and efficient with their pistol.

What can I expect attending the Basic Pistol II class?

We will complete an initial assessment to establish a baseline of each individuals skill level and identify any deficiencies. We will work closely with each student to assist with correcting those deficiencies and improving upon overall skills through shooting drills and detailed feedback. By the end of the class students will walk away knowing what skills they do well and what skills they need to work on and how to work on them.

Training Goals

• Better understanding the trigger

• Improve Accuracy

• Improve grip

• Improve shooting from low/high ready

• Learn to break down and clean your firearm

• Range Time will be reinforcing instruction with Live Fire

Prior to attending class you must view the safety video and sign the Guntry Range Waiver, the link to the waiver can be found below and on our WBA Class Waiver page.

Prerequisites

Student must have completed any basic firearm class prior to attending, an example would be; HQL, Wear & Carry, or any other conceal carry class or basic handgun class. The student must also meet the minimum gear requirements below.

Minimum Gear Requirements (if there are any questions or concerns about the gear, please email or call)

• Fully functioning pistol (Rentals available upon request)

• Eye & Ear Protection (rentals available)

• 200 rounds of ammo (ammo can be purchased on location)

• Positive attitude
